The company was launched in 1997 and is owned by a family that has more than 30 years experience in fine art publishing. We've worked hard to become the world's most comprehensive online gallery. Office Hours
Our office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday.
We are also open from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon on Saturdays. This does not apply to holidays. Online orders and orders by fax can be made twenty-four hours a day.

Privacy Policy
All customer information is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality. We do not allow any customer information what-so-ever to be disseminated to third parties other than those directly involved with the order. Every order is viewed as being a private transaction between Artexpression L.L.C. and the customer. We value and respect your privacy.

Shipping
Many items ship within twenty four hours. Please contact us if shipping time is a concern. We normally ask our domestic customers to allow two weeks for delivery. Canvas transfers usually require about three weeks from the date that the order is place until the finished product ships. Framed prints require up to four weeks between order date and ship date. Shipping and Handling rates are fixed at $6.50 per order in the United States; $19.00 per order in Canada; and $29.00 for European and Australian orders. Currently Art Expression will only accept orders shipped to locations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia using the online ordering and payment systems due to variations in the cost of shipping to different countries.

Online pricing and availability: Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the computer market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing on our web sites is subject to correction.

Payment
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. Checks, money orders and bank drafts are also welcome.

Publishers
Artexpression.com's Web site contains the works of about a hundred different publishers.

Security
We have taken numerous precautions to ensure a safe electronic shopping environment. Our electronic store operates on a secure server operated by eProcessing Network. Your credit card information is encrypted before it enters the secure payment system. The system uses public key cryptography from RSA Data Security, which enables the secure and private exchange of the financial data through the banking system.

Guarantee - Returns
We hope you will be 100 % satisfied with any art that you order. We offer a guarantee on the condition of all art. Monies on anything that arrives in less than perfect condition will be refunded. Please notify us within 10 days if you wish to return your item(s). If you have any questions about your order, please send an email with your question. Please note that we will provide store credit only on all custom items. This includes canvas transfers and framed artwork. All items returned must be perfect resaleable condition.

Damaged Prints
We hope you will be 100 % satisfied with any art that you order. In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please contact us within twenty four hours or one buisness day by telephone, fax or email. Please do not send it back to the Return Center without contacting us first. All returned items must be in perfect condition. The shippers at the Return Center tend to assume that you are attempting to return a print that you damaged unless we inform them otherwise. It is our desire that credit be given when it is due.
